Everyone loves T-shirts. They're comfy, and they can be cool souvenirs from places you visit and summer camps! Oh, yeah, and you can get them everywhere! EVERYWHERE. And even though you have so many of them, you don't want to get rid of them. Right? Well, maybe it's time to change some of those old T-shirts into something new! Perhaps a no-sew bag?
Here we have an old T-shirt. The first step is to cut off the sleeves, like this:
Now cut down the neckline to about how you want the bag to look like on the top. You've finished the top of the bag!
Next, cut lines about two inches tall and about an inch apart, like so:
Now we have to tie the strands together. Tie each strand in a double knot with the one directly behind it.
It should look like this:
And here we have it! Voila, a T-shirt bag!
Helpful Hints:
-Don't store anything small, like knitting needles or a crochet hook, in the bag, or if you have to, make sure that they're in a small baggie or something... they could fall through the tiny cracks!
-You can sew the bag, too, and either way works, but if you want the cute fringe at the bottom, tie it!
